‘I think Hades should have had a song in Hercules.’

Oh, hell yes. I’m thinking some kind of… dark ragtime… SOMETHING. I think I just want to see him with a top hat and cane. Naturally the hat would catch fire.

With the Muses singing backup, because it’s their JOB as a Greek chorus and they are very professional about it, but NOT HAPPY.
(Actually, one of the things I like about the three girls in Little Shop of Horrors, surely latter-day Muses, is that they have no moral allegiance - though they do give Audrey good advice about Dr Scrivello, albeit she’s too scared and indecisive to follow it. They’ll sing back-up for anyone.)
(HOLD THE PHONE: what happens to the three girls? In the movie with the Super Happy Ending they serve as bridesmaids for Seymour and Audrey, but in the original ending of the musical, do they get eaten up or just flee? I can’t remember. I wouldn’t like them to be eaten up.)

In both the stage production and the original ending for the movie, they just come out and sing Don’t Feed the Plants. So I guess they just go on to musically narrate the fall of mankind.
